The Austrian spa town and community of St. Veit in Salzburg is planning to construct another health resort for children. An existing resort is already influencing and confronting the society in the very small community. To preserve the population of upcoming problems we developed an regional concept for the development of this town.

Considering landscape, topography, social differences, land properties and many other influences we tried to figure out the most successful, cheapest and buildable way to develop the community in a sustainable and peaceful way.
Therefore we created a big group of 5 persons.
