Catalunya, an officially autonomous community of Spain, is demanding since years to become an independent state within the European Union. As a matter of fact millions of Catalans are already supporting the independentistas catalanes and in September 2015 there will be another election to reach their goal.
 

As design proposal I designed a 4 floor building, according capacity and inspired by circumstances of living one year in Barcelona. The site is chosen corresponding to the urbanistic context and replaces and redoes a park with new high leisure time qualities.
